1. Booking & Payment
A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The amount will vary depending on the type of tour or service.
Full payment is typically required 15 days before the start of the trip.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed-upon methods.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp.
Refunds are subject to the timing of the cancellation. The following conditions generally apply:
More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus deposit
15–30 days before departure: 50% refund
Less than 15 days: No refund
Some third-party services (such as airline tickets or certain hotels) may have stricter cancellation policies. These will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Changes to Itinerary
We understand plans can change. We will do our best to accommodate any requested changes, though availability and fees may apply.
333 Travel reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary due to weather, safety, or local circumstances. In such cases, we will offer the best available alternative and keep you informed.
4. Health, Safety & Travel Insurance
It is your responsibility to inform us of any health conditions, dietary restrictions, or mobility issues that may affect your travel.
We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and lost belongings.
333 Travel is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses during the trip caused by unforeseen circumstances or force majeure.
5. Passports, Visas & Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of each traveler to ensure that they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas (if required).
333 Travel can provide assistance or guidance for visa applications upon request.
6. Responsibility & Liability
While we work with trusted partners, 333 Travel acts only as an agent for accommodations, transport, and other service providers.
We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes made by third parties but will do our best to support you in such events.
By booking with us, you acknowledge the inherent risks associated with travel and agree to participate at your own risk.
7. Code of Conduct
We ask all travelers to respect local customs, traditions, and environments. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
8. Use of Personal Information
All personal information collected during the booking process is used strictly for trip planning and execution, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
